Step 1. How do we start?

We prioritize understanding the unique needs of our clients, which is why we provide a complimentary consultation. You are not required to decide between our legacy package and moments package during this initial meeting; instead, feel free to bring any questions or reservations you may have. Our goal is to listen to your story and vision to determine how our services can meet the requirements of you and your loved ones.

Scheduling your free 30-minute consultation is straightforward. Simply navigate to the top right button on the Home Screen which says, “Free Consultation”. After doing so, you will be presented with available dates and times for your consultation. We will email you to send you a link for the google meet call. Make sure you have “google meet” downloaded. We look forward to the opportunity to discuss how we can serve you.

Step 2. Remember Me 23 Journal

If you wish to proceed with the next steps in our process, we will collect your information and send you our “Remember Me 23” journal, complimentary. You will have a two-week period to complete the journal and return it to us. Please be assured that we cover the cost of return shipping. This journal is specifically designed to assist us in crafting a “Smart Script” for the day of production. This preparation ensures that you or your loved one will have a reliable guide to refer to during filming, if necessary.

Step 3. 50% deposit down.

We are undertaking a significant operation. To proceed, we require your complete commitment. Upon receipt of your journal, we will issue an invoice for a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% will not be billed until the conclusion of the production day. It is essential that full payment is secured by the end of that day, as we cannot advance to post-production without complete payment. However, if you prefer to pay the complete balance upfront, you can do so by going to either the “Legacy” page or “Moments” page. For our moments package, we also offer payment plans through “After Pay” for those wanting to do full payments up front. There is no interest via “After Pay”.

Step 4. Production Days Scheduled.

Upon receiving your journal along with the initial 50% payment, you will be able to schedule a production day through rememberme23.com. Please note that our production days typically span 1 to 2 days. We will strive to accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability. During the scheduling of production and our arrival at your location, we kindly request that you gather any family videos and photographs you possess. These materials will be utilized in our production, adding a cinematic effect that distinguishes us from our competitors.

Step 5. Production Day

The day has arrived for our scheduled production. Our team will arrive equipped with all necessary technology and lighting. For optimal results, please ensure that the filming area measures at least 12 feet by 18 feet; however, we can accommodate smaller spaces if needed. Living rooms or kitchens are preferred locations, but we are capable of adapting to various environments. We kindly request that pets and any potential noisy distractions be kept away from the residence.

Step 6. Post Production & Delivery

Our post-production services are thorough and meticulous. We are committed to preserving the integrity of your 6k BRAW files, ensuring they remain uncompressed to deliver the highest quality image. Our offerings include comprehensive color grading, seamless fusion integration, and dynamic 3D effects, all tailored to enhance your final product.

This process requires a dedicated timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks. We will provide weekly updates to keep you informed and engaged throughout the duration, alleviating any concerns about the progress of your project.

Upon completion of post-production, you will receive a customized package designed for your family. This package includes your production flash drives and all of your photos and videos, returned securely. To ensure the utmost reliability, your production will be stored across two separate databases. This redundancy guarantees that, should there be any loss of your flash drives, we can promptly replace them for you or your loved ones.
